How do i find subtitles?

How do i find subtitles?

Ans: Mostly they are given alongwith the movie or are in-built[u will see them directly in video so no need of separate file]
[Note : A subtitle file is a .srt file and to use it u have to keep that file in the same folder as that of the movie and both their filenames should be same.]

If they are not given its very simple to find them. You should have a movie name[obviously].Now go to google.com and there search "movie name subtitle".

Now we will take an example here...
I had downloaded the movie The Tournament (2009) DvDRip - x264 - 350MB
Now there are no subs given with the movie in this post...
so what do i do?
i went to google
searched for "the tournament 2009 subtitle"

Now u have the zip file in which u have the srt file
Open the zip file and extract the file to the folder where ur movie is.
Now rename the subtitle file exactly the same as that of the movie
For eg. if ur movie name is "the.tournament.x264.DvDRip.2009.mkv" [where .mkv is extension and not the name. You can see the extensions of the files by going to My Computer>Tools>Folder Options>View Tab> Uncheck the box saying "Hide extensions of known file types" and Click Apply]
Now rename the subtitle file as "the.tournament.x264.DvDRip.2009.srt"[where .srt is extension]

Now open the movie in any good player and u can see the movie with the subtitle.
Enjoy.. :)

but what if subs are not in sync with audio,it happens always that subs are coming later or earlier than audio.

In the release notes provided in the post.. the source from which the movie is converted is also provided!
For example if its an axxo rip which is converted then it will be mentioned in the release notes
so accordingly download those respective subtitles!
otherwise ur free to follow the try and error method
it takes hardly ten min to try 4-5 different subs
Hopefully u always find a working one

@purkpurkkidd: You've to manually re-timing yourself. Or you can realtime adjust delay time in your player (e.g KMPlayer, etc...) to able to watch movie+sub synchronously.
